We will be serving a four-course meal including:

• Squash Caesar salad: squash, gem lettuce, parmesan
• Duck Panucho: mole negro, apricot, epazote
• Pavo en Recado Negro: slow cooked turkey breast, burnt chili salsa, forbidden rice
• Dulce de Pera: pear, orange, piloncillo, cardamom

A la cart, family-style additions such as Guacamole, Tostadas Con Salsa, Oak-Grilled Ribeye, Masa Fried Chicken, Maple Sour Orange Glazed Pork Belly along with Thanksgiving Stuffing, Corn Bread with Green Peppercorn Butter, Tart Trios, Duce de Peras, Churros and host of other delicious offerings.
